Address Change

If you've moved in the last year and own property in Walton County, please notify the Property Appraiser's Office to ensure you receive your TRIM notice and Property Tax Bill next year.

Change of Address forms must be submitted to the Property Appraiser's Office for an official Change of Address to be made to the Tax Roll. You can submit your Change of Address by completing the form below and submitting it to the Property Appraiser's Office.

Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing. If you meet the statutory requirements for exemption from public disclosure such as a current or former law enforcement officer, a written request for maintenance of the exemption must be submitted to this office.

Pay your property taxes in four quarterly installments rather than one lump sum payment. To enroll in the program for 2011, please submit a completed Property Tax Installment Plan Application by April 30. Download an application under the Property Tab on the Forms Menu.
