DO YOU MEET OUR MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS?
-Must be 21 years of age due to driver license issuance requirements.
-Requires high school diploma, or equivalent.
-At least two years working with the public in a professional, customer service team environment in a role with direct customer contact
-Have the ability to easily, confidently and accurately navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously.
-Knowledge of basic procedure and principles of mathematics, business English and general office duties.
-Basic Knowledge, skills and abilities in the operation of computer, printer, typewriter, facsimile, photocopier, calculator and other standard business machines.

Vivian Clark, CPM, CFCADirector of Human Resources and Organizational Development
With 31 years of Community Public Service, Vivian serves as the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development on the Senior Leadership Team. She is responsible for coordination and oversite of all human resource functions, staff training and development to include employee recruitment and onboarding. Vivian began her career with the WCTC office in 2005 and has served as a Customer Relations Representative, Supervisor of Customer Relations and Compliance Services, Manager of Collection Services, and Deputy Director. A 2014 graduate of the Certified Public Manager program, Vivian helped author the Walton County Tax Collector’s application for the Florida Governor’s Sterling Award of Excellence in Organizational Performance, an honor the agency received in May 2014. Prior to joining the WCTC, she was employed with Florida Department of Children and Families for 19 years. Vivian resides in DeFuniak Springs with her husband of 31 years, William (Bill) Clark. They have two sons Cody and Kyler.
